Dallas-based Travelweb LLC today announced it has chosen ClearCommerce for its credit card payment processing and fraud protection software.

Travelweb -- backed by Hilton Hotels Corporation, Hyatt Corporation, Marriott International, Six Continents Hotels, Starwood Hotels and travel technology provider Pegasus Solutions -- plans to distribute hotel room offerings through its branded Internet site, as well as through agreements with travel partners such as Orbitz.
