Citrix Systems, Inc. The new law requires CEOs and CFOs of all publicly traded companies to certify that their company's SEC filings fully comply with the requirements of specified federal securities laws and that the information contained in their company's reports fairly presents, in all material respects, the financial condition and results of operations of the company.
