Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CTXS), a global leader in virtual workplace software and services, today announced that Mark Templeton, president and chief executive officer, and David Urbani, acting chief financial officer, have certified the company's quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2002, in compliance with Section 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. The new law requires CEOs and CFOs of all publicly traded companies to certify that their company's SEC filings fully comply with the requirements of specified federal securities laws and that the information contained in their company's reports fairly presents, in all material respects, the financial condition and results of operations of the company.
