HR Executive Jeff Struve Joins Monster Sales Team

Monster(R) today announced that Jeff Struve has been named a Vice President of Business Development for the United States. In this new position, Struve will work closely with the sales organization to enhance Monster's relationship with employers and further develop its customer-focused services. Struve will be responsible for working with the Monster sales team to develop extensive relationships at the executive level within Fortune 1000 companies. This position is designed to further develop Monster's customer focus initiative while strengthening client relationships and offering products and services that best serve employers' recruiting needs.

Prior to joining Monster, Struve was the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources for Brown Shoe Company, a leading consumer-driven footwear company. During his tenure, Struve created a new global HR structure, revamped the compensation and rewards structure and executive compensation programs, as well as introduced new executive development processes. He drove strategy to create a new organizational model for the company and developed strong business partnerships as a member of the company's operating committee.

Prior to joining Monster, Struve was the SVP of Global Human Resources for Brown Shoe Company in St. Louis. He has held a variety of senior level HR executive positions over his 24-year HR career including roles as SVP of HR for MasterCard's Global Technology and Operations HQ in St. Louis, SVP of HR for Bank One Chicago, and VP of HR for Bank One Milwaukee. Struve has served the HR profession in a number of regional and national roles. In particular, he is a member of the Employment Management Association (EMA), a Professional Emphasis Group of SHRM, in which he founded the Wisconsin region in 1998, was on the Board of Directors from 1991 - 2000, and served as President of the Board from 1999 - 2000. In addition, Struve served as VP on the SHRM Board of Directors from 2000 - 2002. Struve received his BA from Marquette University, completed MBA coursework at the Keller Graduate School of Management, and received his SPHR certification from SHRM in 1998.
