U.S. Patent Awarded to One Voice Technologies; One Voice Also Receives Notice of Allowance for Second Patent

One Voice Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:ONEV), developer of 4th Generation voice solutions for the wireless, Telematics, TV/Internet appliance and Interactive Multimedia markets today announced that it has been awarded a patent by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Specifically, U.S. Patent No. 6,434,524 was issued covering "Object Interactive User Interface Using Speech Recognition and Natural Language Processing."
The patent was filed in October 1999 and is the first of a series of patents filed on One Voice's 4th Generation voice technology covering human to computer interaction with Natural Language Processing (NLP) intelligence and Speech Recognition input from desktop, embedded and wireless devices. The patent can be viewed on the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Web site at www.uspto.gov.
In addition to the patent awarded to One Voice, the company was also notified by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that another patent previously filed has been allowed, bringing it significantly closer to issuance. The patent covers "Network Interactive User Interface Using Speech Recognition" and is significant in protecting One Voice's technology and application development efforts.
