World Am Communications, Inc. Signs Master Distributor Agreement with Spectrum Security Services International, L.L.C

World Am Communications, Inc. (OTCBB: WLDI) announced that Isotec, Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary, has signed a Master Distributor agreement with Spectrum Security Services International, L.L.C. ("S3"), of Carrollton, Texas.
The agreement covers a dealer network in the United States, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Islands that will market Isotec's "Transparent Security(TM)" and other security products. Jim Alexander, chief executive officer, World Am Communications said, "The appointment of Spectrum represents another benchmark in establishing a dealer network to supply what we feel is a growing demand for Isotec security products within the global marketplace."
