World Am Communications, Inc. Signs Master Distributor Agreement with Spectrum Security Services International, L.L.C

World Am Communications, Inc. (OTCBB: WLDI) announced that Isotec, Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary, has signed a Master Distributor agreement with Spectrum Security Services International, L.L.C. ("S3"), of Carrollton, Texas.

The agreement covers a dealer network in the United States, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Islands that will market Isotec's "Transparent Security(TM)" and other security products.
