ScreenFriends Selects TVN Direct for Direct Response Marketing

ScreenFriends(TM) Co. (www.screenfriends.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of WENR Corp. (OTCBB:WENR) (www.wenr.net) announced today that it has reached an agreement with TVN Direct, a leading direct response TV network aggregating time from all major domestic cable operators and local market broadcasters with distribution totaling over 50 million homes, to provide direct response television marketing for ScreenFriends' software. TVN Direct provides services from consulting to project management and testing to full media rollout.
ScreenFriends' Inter(Face)(TM) is proprietary software utilizing speech command-response technology to provide voice-activated solutions for desktop navigation. Upon voice command, the software opens and closes programs, searches databases and index systems, surfs the Web, delivers dynamic online messages (reads and delivers: e-mail, stock quotes, news, movie reviews, weather reports etc.) to the user.
ScreenFriends plans to sell its voice-enabling software with a state of the art headset, including microphone, via direct response television advertisements carried on three TVN Direct channels. ScreenFriends has produced 60, 90 and 120 second direct response ads to begin airing during the week of August 26, 2002.
