Defense Industries International, Inc. Announces Opening of Subsidiary in South America; Business Expands on Multiple Fronts

$650,000 in new orders received from South American market with

$1,500,000 in follow on orders expected next quarter;

$250,000 in new follow on order from South East Asia received

Defense Industries International, Inc. (OTCBB:DFNS) a leading manufacturer and global provider of personal military and civilian protective equipment and supplies, today announced that it has created a new subsidiary in South America to more efficiently serve the needs of this huge new market place. The company has opened a 7,000-square-foot facility which will house production and shipping of a full array of Defense Industries' products. The company has received all government approvals as necessary. Terms of sale for all orders are advance bank draft or irrevocable letter of credit in U.S. dollars.
