Reasoning Signs Teaming Agreement With SAIC; Companies to Leverage Technical Skills and Experience on NASA EOSDIS Proposal

Reasoning, Inc., the leading provider of automated software inspection services, announced today it has signed a teaming agreement with SAIC, the largest employee-owned research and engineering firm in the nation. Under the terms of the agreement, Reasoning will support SAIC in responding to a proposal to provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) to NASA's EOSDIS (Earth Observing System Data and Information System) Maintenance and Development Program. Reasoning currently supports SAIC on other NASA IV&V contracts, where Reasoning's Illuma, the automated software inspection service, is utilized to help assess the quality and readiness of critical flight software.
