Red Hat, Inc. (Nasdaq:RHAT), the world's premier open source and Linux provider, is kicking off the Enterprise Linux Forum with a keynote delivered by Matthew Szulik, Red Hat Chairman and CEO.
Szulik will discuss the inevitable shift to open source happening right now in the technology industry and how enterprises are taking advantage of the shift to build their infrastructures around commodity hardware and scalable, cost-effective Linux technology.
Later during the Forum, attendees will be briefed on new Red Hat enterprise roadmap additions and will have the opportunity to attend seminars and panels with top Red Hat executives. Working alongside industry partners, such as BMC, Computer Associates, Dell, Egenera, HP, IBM and Oracle, Red Hat's goal is to educate IT and business managers about how they can deploy Linux in their mission critical IT infrastructure to improve reliability and performance while simultaneously reducing costs.
