Nashua Corporation Signs Licensing Agreement With IBM To Manufacture and Market Point-Of-Sale -POS- Paper

Nashua Corporation (NYSE: NSH), a premier manufacturer and marketer of thermal specialty papers, imaging products and labels, announced today it has signed a licensing agreement with IBM to produce and market point-of-sale (POS) paper under the IBM brand.
In commenting on the new licensing agreement, Andy Albert, Chief Executive Officer of Nashua, said, "We are very proud to be selected by IBM, the leading provider of POS solutions, to market their branded POS paper to our combined customer bases. Target markets in North America will be served by Nashua's national network of manufacturing and distribution centers."
Nashua offers a wide range of after-market media and imaging supplies for POS systems, kiosks, banking equipment, office machines and large format printers. The company services a diverse customer base, including cash register dealers, OEM printer manufactures, major retailers, office products/contract stationers, business forms manufacturers/distributors and paper merchants.
