Announces that its International Patent Pending Application "PREPAID DEBIT CARD SYSTEM" received acceptance and notification of processing by the Patent Cooperation Treaty ("PCT") and published by World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) based in Geneva, Switzerland, wherein a POSITIVE result has been issued by the International Examining Authority.
