The Sheakley Group of Companies Signs With Cyborg Systems, Inc.; Organization Will Utilize Cyborg's HRMS, Payroll Solution Beginning in First Quarter 2002

Cyborg Systems, Inc., a leading worldwide provider of human resources management systems (HRMS), announced that The Sheakley Group of Companies, a professional services firm based in Cincinnati, has selected Cyborg as its HRMS provider for its newest affiliate, Advanced Pay Solutions. Sheakley will utilize the common-sense technology and functionality of The Solution Series/ST(R) version 4.5 for its human resources and payroll requirements, as well as The Reporting Solution(R) for its reporting needs. The organization plans to implement the applications during the first quarter of 2002.

The Sheakley Group of Companies has 650 employees and specializes in providing business process outsourcing solutions to more than 50,000 clients nationwide. Besides implementing the applications at its corporate headquarters, Sheakley will utilize Cyborg Systems' payroll features to provide payroll services to its clients, initially focusing on those that have workforces between 25-100 employees.

Sheakley representatives made the decision to start this new business line and previously had not been using a human resources/payroll system. The organization selected Cyborg because of the system's functionality, its ability to deliver powerful payroll capabilities and to support the requirements of its clients.
