HONG KONG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 19, 2002
Brek Energy Corporation (NASDAQ: BREK, BSX: BREK, BREK BH) announced that effective at the opening of trading on February 19, 2002, the symbol of its NASDAQ listing has changed to BREK. Previously the company, formerly known as First Ecom.com Inc., had been listed as FECC. Its symbol on the Bermuda Stock Exchange has also changed from FECC and FECC BH to BREK and BREK BH.
The company recently changed its name to Brek Energy Corporation to better reflect its primary business focus in the energy sector.
