PORTLAND, Maine--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 20, 2002
FINEOS Corporation may be new to North America, but its reputation in Europe as a leader in end-to-end CRM solutions, and its in-depth knowledge of the disability claims market, has been recognized by one of the top five disability providers in the U.S.
Fortis, Inc. has chosen FINEOS, an Irish software developer and marketer of enterprise solutions for insurance companies and banks, from a field of leading solution providers to implement a 500 seat disability claims solution called FINEOS Disability. FINEOS Disability boasts an innovative multi-channel intake and claims management system that fully automates all relationship, contact and workflow management.
The FINEOS contract win with Fortis comes one year after FINEOS announced its plans to introduce its insurance and banking CRM products to North America. FINEOS is an Enterprise Ireland client with customers throughout Europe including Canada Life, Eagle Star, Britannia Group and ABN AMRO. Other leading companies in the disability claims solution field include American Management Systems (AMS) and Technology Integration Group (TIG).
