-- Certified Partners-Designed for integrators offering Internet traffic

management and business planning, enhanced technical support, joint selling
opportunities, advanced marketing support, two quarterly sales and technical
overviews, level one technical training, discounts on higher level training

-- Certified Gold Partners-NetConnect's premium level for integrators and
resellers specializing in Internet traffic management and server based

technical support, advanced NetScaler training courses through level two
