Swig Bartini, a subsidiary of XRX International Entertainment Holding Group, Inc., has been chosen to host the Toyota (NYSE:TM) /Dan Marino Celebrity Golf Invitational Tournament Block Party in Weston, Florida on February 7, 2002. The flagship of XRX will also host the after tournament block party in conjunction with Arvida's Weston Town Center.

                    An intriguing display of choreographed specialty
                    performance art and dance spectacle coupled with
                    elaborate costumed roaming characters throughout
                    the night.

  7:00 p.m.         `Almost Nine' (Main Street Stage)
                    An energetic contemporary and classic rock & roll
                    party band.

  8:00 p.m.         `Devine Ashlee' (Main Street Stage)
                    An international recording artist, her original
                    music is gaining great popularity on national
                    radio airplay charts. Devine performs with a dance
                    troupe and the stage presentations are explosive.

  8:45 p.m.         `Strange Daze' (Swig Stage)
                    Featuring Randi the violinist, this band simply
                    tears the roof off. You will be mesmerized by the
                    incredible musicianship and find yourself in an
                    inescapable fun groove.

Swig Bartini and Arvida's Weston Town Center are expecting over 12,000 people to attend the block party.

Dan Marino, Director of Dreams, Inc. (OTCBB:DRMS) which sells Field of Dreams Franchises and manufactures and sells sports and celebrity memorabilia products, attended the Toyota/Dan Marino Celebrity Golf Invitational Sponsorship kick-off party hosted at Swig Bartini on January 28th.
