ACME Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:ACME) announced today that it will release its fourth quarter and full-year 2001 financial results prior to market hours on Friday, February 15, 2002.

The Company will also host a conference call to discuss its results on February 15th at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
