Datamonitor Names NICE CEM as the Worldwide Leader in Quality Management and Recording

NICE Systems (Nasdaq:NICE), a worldwide leader of multimedia digital recording solutions, applications and related professional services for business interaction management announced today that Datamonitor, a leading business information company has determined that NICE Systems leads the world-wide recording and quality management market for the third quarter of 2001.
This information was published in the "Recording Industry Quarterly," a research report that closely follows and analyzes the recording industry.
In the edition released in January 2002, Datamonitor states, "NICE has regained (its) position as market leader."
