Kronos Announces Pat Decker to Retire as President

CHELMSFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb.7, 2002

Kronos(R) Incorporated (Nasdaq: KRON), the leading provider of frontline labor management solutions, today announced that W. Patrick "Pat" Decker, president and chief operating officer, plans to retire in mid-April.

Retirement from Kronos will give me an opportunity to pause and reflect on my career, and will give me time to focus more of my energies on my personal interests and my family," commented Mr. Decker. Mr. Decker played an instrumental role in establishing Kronos' world-class sales and service operations, both on a direct basis and through third-party distribution. In more recent years, Mr. Decker spearheaded the strategic direction of the company including alignment of Kronos along industry vertical markets.
