Kronos(R) Incorporated (Nasdaq: KRON), the leading provider of frontline labor management solutions, today announced that W. Patrick "Pat" Decker, president and chief operating officer, plans to retire in mid-April.
"I feel the time has come to set my sights on enjoying life outside of the workplace. Retirement from Kronos will give me an opportunity to pause and reflect on my career, and will give me time to focus more of my energies on my personal interests and my family," commented Mr. Decker. "My 20-year tenure with Kronos has been immensely fruitful. I am pleased to have played a large role in the company's growth. I firmly believe that Kronos has a bright future ahead."

Mr. Decker played an instrumental role in establishing Kronos' world-class sales and service operations, both on a direct basis and through third-party distribution. In more recent years, Mr. Decker spearheaded the strategic direction of the company including alignment of Kronos along industry vertical markets.
"Since becoming president and COO, Pat has done an extraordinary job of overseeing Kronos' day-to-day business operations," Ain added.
