Community Credit Union Selects Netkey to Power Customer Technology Centers; Netkey Software Extends Brand, Sales and Vision to Customer Self-Service Touch Points

Netkey, Inc., the premier provider of enterprise solutions for self-service systems, today announced that Community Credit Union (CCU) has chosen Netkey software to power its network of 29 self-service banking kiosks in the Greater Dallas Area.

CCU is one of the fastest growing credit unions in the country with assets under management of more than $1.3 billion. CCU needed an economical way to introduce their more than 170,000 customers to online banking, and provide useful customer service information. They turned to Netkey for a software solution that allowed them to develop kiosks, known as "Technology Centers" where customers may research, select and apply for the products and services they need, helping the bank increase sales and reduce costs through more efficient processes.

CCU has currently deployed 29 Technology Centers in branch locations, most of which are located next to their ATMs and are available to customers around the clock. The credit union plans to place Technology Centers in select employers for which they are the dedicated credit union.
