Website Pros, Inc., (http://www.websitepros.com) announced today that the company has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Web Services division of Minneapolis-based Innuity, Inc. (http://www.innuity.com). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Combining the entities creates the world's largest provider of technology, support, and outsourced customer relationship management services for the small business Web Services market. According to research firm IDC, small businesses will spend more than $85 billion annually on e-business services by 2003, and their rate of spending is ramping at 75 percent per year.

Website Pros provides small business Web Services to more than thirty partners, including IBM, Dell, HP, Verizon, Yahoo!, and Office Depot. The company will now be able to offer Innuity's highly effective customer acquisition services in addition to outsourced small business website building, promotion, and customer relationship management services. The company boasts the industry's most comprehensive Web Services offering designed exclusively to help large companies build stronger, more profitable relationships with their small business customers.

"There's nothing more valuable than helping our partners grow their subscriber bases quickly," said David Brown, President & CEO of Website Pros, Inc. "Innuity has long been the leader in the customer acquisition space, and we're pleased to offer Innuity's expertise to our partners."

The acquisition follows a December 2001 transaction in which Website Pros purchased NetObjects, Inc. Building on the company's momentum, Website Pros now offers the industry's broadest suite of small business technology and services, including:

their small business customers, including IBM, HP, Dell, Yahoo!, Verizon and
