GEO Specialty Chemicals Taps NYLIM Retirement Plan Services

NYLIM Retirement Plan Services, a leading retirement plan provider and consultant, announced today that it has been chosen by GEO Specialty Chemicals to manage two defined contribution plans.

GEO Specialty Chemicals, based in Cleveland, Ohio, has both a traditional 401(k) and a 401(a) money purchase plan worth a total of $19 million. The plans cover 340 participants combined. GEO is a manufacturer of specialty chemicals, with multiple administrative/sales offices in the U.S. and Europe.
