REALM Business Solutions Selects Dallas as Home for New Corporate Headquarters; Move Will Centralize Core Business Functions into a Single Location

REALM Business Solutions, Inc. ("REALM"), announced today that effective October 31, 2002, it is relocating its corporate headquarters office and e-business development team from New York City to Dallas, Texas.

REALM is a leading provider of integrated information systems and e-business solutions for the real estate industry and currently has more than 27,000 users of its industry-leading applications, such as ARGUS, DYNA, CTI, REALMBudget, REALMx, REALMCash, and others.

Relocation of the executive management team and other corporate and development functions is expected to begin as early as August. The new corporate headquarters will be located within the Company's current 35,000 square foot location within the Galleria North Tower II at 13727 Noel Rd.
