PSC Requests Nasdaq Hearing for Appeal to Retain Listing

PSC, Inc. (Nasdaq:PSCX), a global provider of integrated data-collection solutions and services for retail supply chains, today announced that it has requested an oral hearing before a Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel as required by Marketplace Rule 4820(c) to appeal a notice of delisting of PSC's common stock from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market.

As previously announced, PSC Inc. received a notice on July 3, 2002 from The Nasdaq Stock Market of a determination that PSC has failed to comply with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(2)(B), which requires that it must comply with either the minimum $2,000,000 net tangible assets or the minimum $2,500,000 stockholders' equity requirements.
