Palisades Media Group (PMG) has retained the services of Paula Mangin to develop new business. This well-established San Francisco advertising agency professional (Chiat Day, BBDO, etc.) has handled media services for accounts ranging from Blue Cross of California and Bank of America to Pacific Bell and Pizza Hut. The announcement was made by PMG President Roger Schaffner and is effective immediately.
"Having already worked with Paula previously, I am well aware of her knowledge and expertise in media services and the commitment she has to our industry," said Schaffner. "Her wealth of experience, on both the client and agency side of media buying, makes her an asset to both our company and the companies we represent."
Both Palisades and Mangin enjoy a reputation of adding a high degree of creativity to the sound application of media fundamentals. Paula had previously worked with Palisades Media Group, but on the client side: "I hired Palisades while at OWNP after an exhaustive search and evaluation of media buying companies, so I know from direct experience what they do that is different and better than the competition."
Paula says this first-hand knowledge, along with a shared philosophy, allows her a unique position with PMG: "I can sincerely tell potential clients how much easier their lives will be, how much happier their staff will be, and how much more successful their business will be by partnering with Palisades."
Before coming on board with PMG, Paula was a partner in San Francisco's OWNP and helped the agency grow from eight employees in 1994 to 60 in 2001. She has served as Co-president of the San Francisco Ad Club and founded "Media School," a media training program for its members. She has received numerous awards throughout the years, including an AAF Silver Medal Award for her outstanding contributions to advertising and furthering industry standards, creative excellence and responsibility in areas of social concern.
Paula may be contacted either by email at paulamangin@earthlink.net or by phone at 415/771-4010.
PMG (www.palisades-media.com) is a premier media buying and planning agency, serving both the entertainment (theatrical, home entertainment and video game industries) and consumer products.
