Enhancements to bv-Control for Microsoft Exchange v7.0 offer a revolutionary level of automation, helping organizations of all sizes more easily and cost effectively secure their Exchange environments and manage their messaging platforms. With the addition of bv-Admin for Microsoft Exchange Migration, IT managers and Exchange administrators now have the power to control, secure and execute efficient migrations from the Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 to Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server, across sites, servers, containers, and organizations.

This feature enables administrators to synchronize public folders, the directory structure, distribution lists, mailboxes and security permissions. - Project-Based Migration: Ability to maintain control over the entire migration project using the intuitive BindView project-based management console. This feature provides comprehensive and individual project status and history throughout the migration and the ability to perform trial and real-time migrations, rollbacks, scheduling and synchronization. - Unattended Data Migration: From a single console, administrators are able to schedule migrations during off-peak hours, and perform migration tasks without interaction. - Secure Migration: Helps establish secure, uninterrupted access to all Exchange resources by maintaining and synchronizing security on mailboxes, calendar, distribution lists and public folders.
