ION Networks Schedules Fiscal First Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call

ION Networks Incorporated (NASDAQ: IONN), a leading provider of security and management solutions that protect critical infrastructure from internal and external security threats, today announced that it will release financial results for its fiscal first quarter ended June 30, 2002 on Wednesday, July 31, 2002, after the close of the market.
