EYT, a solutions integrator and managed services provider, today announced that it has acquired Signature Systems, Inc., one of the largest certified providers of Microsoft Great Plains Business Solutions for mid-market companies, trade associations and key vertical and government sectors.

The acquisition significantly strengthens EYT's ability to provide comprehensive services for Microsoft Great Plains Business Solutions, including implementation, customized software development and application management. Specific terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
