Polymer Common Stock to be Continued to be Listed On NASDAQ Smallcap Market

Polymer Research Corp. of America (NASDAQ - PROA) today reported that it had received a letter from NASDAQ informing it that the panel hearing Polymer's appeal from NASDAQ's earlier de-listing notification had determined that Polymer met all criteria for continued listing and that Polymer's common stock would continue to be listed on the NASDAQ Smallcap Market.
Polymer Research Corp. of America is engaged primarily in research in the area of chemical grafting on a contract basis for a wide range of manufacturing and other companies and in the manufacture and sale of products arising from research activities and of textile printing inks.
