SYS Technologies Announces Corporate Headquarters Relocation

SYS Technologies (OTCBB:SYYS) today announced the anticipated move of its corporate headquarters in January 2003.
The new location of SYS Technologies' corporate headquarters, as well as the C4ISR Division of SYS Technologies, is 5050 Murphy Canyon Road in San Diego.
The relocation of the company's headquarters signifies the company's commitment to pursuing exciting growth opportunities. SYS Technologies' headquarters will lease the second floor of a two-story building for a period of six years. The new office space is being improved according to standards provided by SYS Technologies, and offers SYS Technologies 15,000 sq ft, a significant increase of 33%.
SYS Technologies, a best-value provider of engineering, management and information technology consulting services and solutions, has greatly expanded its operations and services since its inception in 1966. In recent years, the company has experienced rapid growth in revenue and employment. SYS Technologies reported $11,668,000 in revenue for the first nine months of 2002, as compared to revenue of $8,412,000 for the first nine months of 2001. This represents a significant increase of 39% revenue, over the prior year. SYS Technologies currently employs 200 employees company wide, an increase of 47% over the past two years.
The company also has offices located in San Diego and Oxnard, Calif., Arlington and Chesapeake, Va., and in Golden, Colo.
SYS Technologies has provided engineering, technical, financial and management services to a myriad of commercial and U.S. government customers since 1966.
