Ockham Technologies' President and CEO Joins Incentive Systems as Vice President of Alliances

Jim Triandiflou Appointed to New Post Following Acquisition of

Ockham's Sales Performance Management Solutions

Incentive Systems, the award-winning leader of Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) software and services, today announced that Jim Triandiflou has joined the company as vice president of alliances. Triandiflou, formerly co-founder, president and chief executive officer of Ockham Technologies, was named to the Incentive Systems' executive team following the acquisition of Ockham's SalesRazor(TM) product suite by Incentive Systems (see today's announcement "Incentive Systems Acquires Ockham Technologies' Sales Performance Management Software and Technology.")

As vice president of alliances, Triandiflou brings more than 13 years of experience in management, sales and marketing to help further define and execute Incentive Systems' alliance strategy. As such, he will play a critical business development role, establishing new partnerships for Incentive Systems and strengthening existing consulting, systems integrator and compensation design firm partnerships. In addition, Triandiflou will work with both the Incentive Systems' sales force to offer the SalesRazor suite to new and existing customers and with the product development team to build sales performance functionality into future Incentive Systems products and modules.

As president and CEO, Triandiflou played a key role in securing venture capital funding for Ockham from firms such as Mellon Ventures, Noro-Mosely Partners, Monarch Capital Partners and Imlay Investments. Triandiflou also spent several years as vice president and Southern region manager for The Alexander Group, a leading sales effectiveness consulting firm. In this capacity, Triandiflou managed business development, consulting service delivery, recruitment and employee development for the region. Triandiflou has also worked for Grey Advertising and Bozell, Inc., both top 20 global advertising agencies.
