Safari Associates, Inc., Opens Plant for Production of Molecuthane Products in Greenwood, Indiana
Business Wire, June 27, 2002

Safari Associates, Inc., (OTCBB:SAFR) announced today that its plant in Greenwood, Indiana, is now in production of Molecuthane(TM) harness pads, and Smith & Wesson(R) recoil pads.
The Molecuthane(TM) harness pads were developed by the Company to protect race car drivers from injuries and discomfort caused by the harness as a result of G forces to which they are subjected during a race and in particular, in the event of accidents. The Company intends to market its harness pads to and beyond the auto racing industry. The Smith & Wesson(R) Molecuthane(TM) recoil pads eliminate felt recoil and injuries when firing high-powered rifles and shotguns. Safari has customers for both products.
The Company has developed Molecuthane(TM) body armor inserts to prevent blunt force trauma injuries caused when bullets and shrapnel strike but do not penetrate bullet proof vests. It has also developed Molecuthane(TM) hard plates to substitute for ceramic hard plates now being used in bulletproof vests to stop certain high velocity bullets. The Molecuthane(TM) hard plate can be produced at a fraction of the cost of ceramic hard plates. The Company has also developed a combination blunt force trauma and hard plate. Both of these products result from technology developed by the Company as a result of its research and development required for the soft wall it demonstrated at the Indianapolis Speedrome on September 26, 2001. Preliminary tests of both the Molecuthane(TM) blunt force trauma plate and its hard plate have been successful and further tests are now being conducted to determine the exact level of protection these products afford based upon certain varying standards established by the government for military and law enforcement use.
Safari previously demonstrated its Molecuthane(TM) soft wall at the Indianapolis Speedrome and the demonstration was a huge success. Safari's Molecuthane(TM) soft wall reduced the G force of striking a concrete wall by more than 70%.
Morton Berger, President of Safari said, "although we intend to make future demonstrations of our soft wall, our efforts are now being directed to those Molecuthane(TM) products that will result in immediate sales and revenue for the Company." Craig Walls, Director of New Product Development said, "If Safari owned its own auto race track, I would not hesitate to construct our soft wall at the track. The Safari soft wall is by far superior to any soft wall I know of that has been developed to date".
Safari is preparing to produce and market a myriad of Molecuthane(TM) products. Molecuthane(TM) is an astounding breakthrough materials/technology developed by Safari to cushion the effects of kinetic force through energy absorption and distribution. Molecuthane(TM) is a molded multi-layered molecularly cross linked group of innovative materials designed to protect individuals and property from injury, discomfort and damage caused by direct or indirect kinetic force.
