Outlook Group Acquires Paragon Direct; Acquisition Expands Outlook's Direct Marketing Capabilities

NEENAH, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 4, 2002

Outlook Group Corp. (Nasdaq: OUTL) today announced it has acquired the assets and operations of Paragon Direct, Inc. of Milwaukee. Paragon Direct provides computer-based information management services for clients in the direct marketing industry. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Paragon Direct customizes direct marketing systems for business-to-business catalog companies, commercial printers and other businesses. Through a combination of direct marketing experience and sophisticated computer technology, Paragon Direct helps companies maximize their marketing program through more accurate targeting and project execution. Services include list processing, database development, mail processing and sorting, personalized forms and letters and analytical services such as customer modeling and response analysis. Substantially all of Paragon's approximately 25 employees are expected to remain with Outlook Group.
