VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 4, 2002

Intrinsyc(R) Software, Inc. (TSE:ICS) today announced a CAD$400,000 contract with a Fortune 500 medical products Company. The licensing and services agreement includes the delivery of a customized version of Intrinsyc's Cerf(TM) technologies, as well as on-going engineering and support services.
