WHO:    Civic Tour, an American Honda Motor Co., Inc. owned
        entertainment property, will give one lucky K-Rock (WXRK 92.3
        FM) listener the keys to an all-new Honda Civic Si, customized
        and autographed by Brandon Boyd, Mike Einziger, Kilmore, Dirk
        Lance and Jose Pasillas of the rock band Incubus, who will be
        headlining the sold-out Civic Tour concert at Madison Square
        Garden on June 21. Members of the band will be in attendance
        and available for photo and video opportunities.

WHAT:   K-Rock and Civic Tour pre-selected 100 listeners to
        participate in the car giveaway who will each try to start the
        unique Incubus Civic Si with a randomly selected key. The one
        contestant whose key starts the engine will drive home with
        the customized Incubus Honda Civic Si. All 100 contestants
        will receive tickets for that night's sold-out Incubus Civic
        Tour show and have the opportunity to meet the band.

        customized and autographed 2002 Civic Si, with intricate fish
        designs inspired by the CD artwork for Incubus' latest
