OmniHub Adds Software Industry Veteran to Board; Former Ross Systems, ClearCross Head Joins Leadership of Web Services Provider

OmniHub, a Web services company focused on Asset Sales Management (ASM), today announced the addition of Richard Giordanella to the company's board of directors.

Giordanella, the former CEO of Ross Systems and ClearCross, brings more than 25 years' experience in driving software industry growth to OmniHub's leadership team.

OmniHub provides a technology platform that manages the sale of corporate assets through multiple channels. His most recent management position was as chairman and CEO of ClearCross, a leader in global commerce management solutions. He is currently the principal of RCG Associates, a New York-based investment and consulting firm serving high-tech companies.
