Food Services of America has been awarded the foodservice contract for the State of Washington by the Department of General Administration Office of State Procurement. Worth $102 million to the locally based company, Food Services of America withstood two appeals and a court petition made by incumbent food service distributor, SYSCO, to win the bid.
