Priority Club Rewards Announces Global Alliance With LanPass, LanChile's Loyalty Program; Alliance Launch Includes Triple Miles During Initial Launch Period

Priority Club(R) Rewards, the loyalty program of Six Continents Hotels (NYSE:SXC) (LSE:SXC) (ADRs) and LanChile's frequent flyer program LanPass(R), two of the most respected loyalty programs in the industry, today announced a global alliance that will benefit thousands of travelers.

Effective immediately, members of LanPass, have the opportunity to earn mileage at a hotel or resort bearing one of Six Continents Hotels International lodging brands.

Around the globe, there are more than 3,200 hotels flying the Inter-Continental(R) Hotels and Resorts; Crowne Plaza(R) Hotels and Resorts; Holiday Inn(R) Hotels and Resorts; Holiday Inn Express(R) and Staybridge Suites(R) by Holiday Inn flag.

In addition to earning miles, members of Priority Club Rewards will now have the ability to transfer their Priority Club points for travel rewards on LanChile.

Priority Club members who assign LanChile as their preferred alliance will receive 500 miles per stay at any Inter-Continental Hotels and Resorts.

At Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites, Priority Club members will receive 2.5 miles per qualified eligible dollar expenditure.

To celebrate this new alliance, triple miles will be awarded to all LanChile LanPass members who enroll in Priority Club and have a qualifying stay at any property worldwide from March 1, 2002, through May 31, 2002.
