E*Comnetrix Inc. (OTCBB:ECNXF), a company with businesses in eCRM and diversified telecommunications, announced today that it has formed an advisory board to provide expertise to the company on issues of best business practices and strategic development. In addition, the advisory board will serve as staging platform for possible closer business relationships with its members.

Jim Miller, a business consultant and entrepreneur, began his career with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission rising to the position of the S.E.C.'s Regional Counsel in Los Angeles prior to leaving to head up the corporate and securities practice of a prominent Los Angeles law firm. Most recently, he served as the primary consultant to the seller in a $100,000,000 M&A transaction with a Fortune 300 company and is developing a worldwide network of family oriented eco-dive resorts in conjunction with Jean-Michel Cousteau and Body Glove International. He received his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego Law where he was Editor-in-Chief of the San Diego Law Review.
Tom Hakel has extensive experience in corporate finance and business development beginning his career as a manager in KPMG Peat Marwick's financial institutions consulting practice. Most recently he financed, and is currently involved in the launch of Accerra (www.accerra.com), a web collaboration and enhanced communications ASP where he has served as CEO, and currently leads the company's business development efforts. In recent years, he has served in business development roles with two telecommunications companies whose combined revenues were in excess of $500,000,000. Additionally, he has assisted several early stage technology companies to successfully build their organizations including as CEO of IXS.net, a provider of IP fax services (sold to Terremark), and as VP of Business Development for Mockingbird Networks, a provider of a Unix based IP/SS7 switches. He is a certified public accountant and holds a degree in computer science.
