Worldtrak Collaborates With Microsoft to Extend
Microsoft Customer Relationship Management to Vertical Markets
Worldtrak Corporation, an award-winning Web-based eCRM provider, today announced Worldtrak V 6.0. This version will completely integrate to and extend the Microsoft(R) Customer Relationship Management solution. As a Microsoft Great Plains(R) Business Solutions solution developer partner, Worldtrak already provides a Microsoft focused eCRM solution that integrates to the Microsoft Great Plains Business Solutions suite. According to Worldtrak, when V6.0 is released concurrently with Microsoft Customer Relationship Management later this year, it will fortify its position as a Microsoft based eCRM solution.
"In addition to our extensive enterprise level offering, we will now be able to give a natural extension of Microsoft Customer Relationship Management to our product," said Clark Dircz, founder and CEO of Worldtrak Corporation. "Not only is Worldtrak a beta developer for the new solution, but we will also provide enhanced value through vertical templates that we will develop around the Microsoft core."
"Worldtrak's CRM product line is a Microsoft Outlook(R)-native, web-based CRM solution," said Jos de Laat, Director, Microsoft Customer Relationship Management. "They will add great value to our solution by extending it to vertical markets."
"We're excited to work with Worldtrak on extensions to our Microsoft Customer Relationship Management solution. Microsoft Great Plains has a long history of partnering with developers to create solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers," said Randy Larson, Business Development Manager, Microsoft Great Plains. "Worldtrak builds its CRM offerings on 100% Microsoft platforms, which makes them a natural extension to our new solution."
