Juniper Group, Inc. Announces Cable-Broadband Implementation and Integration Services for Time Warner Cable in New York

Juniper Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: JUNI) ("Juniper"), a diversified holding company with operations in the entertainment, healthcare and information technologies sectors announced today that its Juniper Internet Communications, Inc. subsidiary (JINI), www.JiniInternet.com, has contracted to provide services to Time Warner Cable's Liberty Division in support of the rollout of new high speed broadband Internet connections for its customers in the Hudson Valley Area in New York.

Alan R. Andrus, Juniper Internet Communications' President, stated that JINI will be providing a full range of Broadband implementation and integration services to Time Warner Cable for its RoadRunner High Speed Data customers in Duchess, Orange, Sullivan and Ulster Counties, in New York.

The Hudson Valley area is growing rapidly in terms of the high-speed data services being offered to subscribers of Time Warner Cable. Cable broadband Internet connections only recently became available to cable customers in this territory. These new services will require JINI to add technicians in the Hudson Valley area, and is working with local technical colleges on personnel placements.

Mr. Andrus further stated that the company's rollout of high quality broadband Internet implementation and integration services is progressing very successfully, with a high level of customer satisfaction with JINI's broadband implementation services reported by new broadband users. Mr. Andrus noted that the company assures the quality of its services through satisfaction measurement and surveys of the customers it supports. The company also participates in several customer feedback and customer response programs.
