ASG, a global enterprise software and professional services provider to Global 5000 companies, announced today immediate support of IBM z/OS Version 1 Release 3 through enhancements to ASG-TMON(TM) for MVS Version 3.0, a solution for monitoring and managing the performance of IBM's OS/390(R) and z/OS operating systems.

TMON for MVS monitors MVS performance in real time, provides online access to historical data for analysis, and offers facilities for summarizing and archiving MVS performance data for historical reporting. It is designed especially for systems programmers, performance analysts, application tuners, and operations personnel. TMON for MVS also includes flexible exception processing and productivity-enhancing system and programmer utilities.
