Promotional Programs to Include Third-party Alliances

to Drive Movie Tickets Sales

Fandango (www.fandango.com), the nation's largest remote movie ticketing company, announced today it has formed an alliance with Movie Cash(TM), the leading national promotional movie ticket widely used in major national brand and movie studio promotions.

Movie Cash is owned by The Properties Group (TPG), a division of the Interpublic Group of Companies. The newly formed alliance will provide national sponsors with access to movie ticket inventory to more than 7,000 Fandango wired screens.

"Fandango's alliance with The Properties Group will capitalize on our accumulated market knowledge to showcase fandango.com and Movie Cash to reach millions of new customers and reward our loyal users," said Fandango president and CEO Art Levitt. "We just added the ability for our site visitors to make restaurant reservations and buy movie-related merchandise and the Movie Cash program is yet another way we are telling our customers that we want to make their entertainment experience the best it can be. It's convenient, easy and now we're providing special offers. You can't beat that."

"Fandango has provided consumers with an extremely appealing option to purchase a movie ticket from the comfort of their homes. This alliance provides us the tools to offer this convenience and ease to our promotional partners. In a world where consumers are looking for instant gratification this new alliance has created the new gold standard for promotional ticketing. A consumer purchasing a winning bottle of soda, or a box of cereal, can with ease go to their computer and secure a seat at their local theater," said John S. Galinos president and CEO of The Properties Group.

In the last eight years TPG established itself as an industry leader, distributing millions of promotional movie tickets on behalf of over 500 brands. Movie Cash certificates provide customers with reduced price or free movie tickets as part of sponsored promotional campaigns and are valid at close to 100 movie chains including Fandango's seven exhibitor partners: Carmike Theatres, Century Theatres, Cinemark Theatres, Edwards Theatres, General Cinema Theatres, Loews Cineplex Entertainment and Regal Cinemas. The partnership now will provide an additional avenue for promotional discounts for these partner theaters by offering Movie Cash directly through the Fandango site.
