The agreement pairs AltaVista Software's powerful enterprise search functionality with Endeavors' award-winning Magi P2P technology to enable secure information-sharing within the global enterprise and across enterprise boundaries. Under terms of the agreement, AltaVista and Endeavors will market Endeavors' Magi Enterprise 3.0 P2P web collaboration software as a complementary product to AltaVista Software Enterprise Search application.
