The Board of Directors of Aquila, Inc. (NYSE:ILA)(formerly UtiliCorp United) today declared the regular quarterly cash dividend on common stock of $.30 per share. The dividend is payable on June 12, 2002, to shareholders of record on May 22, 2002.
Aquila common stock is listed on the New York, Pacific and Toronto stock exchanges.
