Borders Group Inc., (NYSE:BGP) will discuss the company's first quarter 2002 financial results on a conference call for analysts and investors Wed., May 22 at 8 a.m. EASTERN.

Borders Group Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Greg Josefowicz and Chief Financial Officer Ed Wilhelm will lead the review. The call will follow a news release regarding first quarter performance to be issued by the company after market close Tues., May 21.
