ACE INA Holdings Elected to NCCI Board of Directors
During Annual Meeting
The membership of NCCI Holdings, Inc., today elected David H. Long and Susan Rivera to the company's 2002-2003 board of directors. Twelve additional directors were re-elected to the NCCI board.
Ms. Rivera is the president of ACE INA Holdings, Inc., and is responsible for all aspects of ACE INA's U.S.-based commercial retail insurance operations. Additionally, she has day-to-day responsibility for numerous holding company functions within ACE INA.
Prior to joining ACE INA, Ms. Rivera held senior leadership positions in AIG's Management Liability and Risk Finance divisions before being appointed president of American Home Assurance Company, a subsidiary of AIG, in 1999. She first joined AIG in 1987 in its actuarial group.
Mr. Long is the chief operating officer for national markets at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, with full profit and loss responsibility for the LMG business unit focused on workers compensation, general liability, and automobile liability service and risk transfer needs for the Fortune 5000.
In his more than fifteen years with Liberty Mutual, Mr. Long has held several senior leadership positions, including: senior vice president and manager, National Market Underwriting; vice president and managing director, Commercial Insurance Holdings; and vice president and regional underwriting manager, National Market Underwriting.
NCCI board nominations and elections were conducted during the annual meeting portion of the company's two-day Annual Issues Symposium in Orlando, FL.
