Rohm and Haas's objectives were to establish processes and resources to help ensure the consistent success of their IT projects based on standard best practices and a proven project management framework.

Most organizations face the challenge of mobilizing and balancing the scarce resources required to successfully accomplish business and technical objectives consistently on-time and within budget.
