Gemstar-TV Guide Reiterates Conference Call Comments

As was previously announced, Gemstar-TV Guide International, Inc. (Nasdaq:GMST) ("Gemstar" or the "Company") held a conference call to discuss the quarter ended March 31, 2002 on May 15, 2002 at 2 P.M. PDT. The replay number for the call is 402/998-1414. On the call, the Company discussed its quarterly results and also mentioned a new strategic partnership with Thomson multimedia, the acquisition of Storymail and a new strategic partnership with Nielsen Media Research.
