Local Mortgage Expert Appointed to Lead Statewide Expansion; Pamela Metcalf Named District Manager for First Horizon Home Loans

Local mortgage professional Pamela Metcalf recently joined First Horizon Home Loans as district manager for Utah. Metcalf will be in charge of the national lender's 2002 expansion into the Utah homebuyers market and will oversee retail and wholesale First Horizon offices across the state.
Before joining First Horizon Home Loans, Metcalf held several senior positions with North American Mortgage Company. She brings more than 18 years of mortgage-related experience to her new position.
In addition to home loans, Metcalf will also be offering customers an array of financial products and services, including financial planning, checking and savings accounts, college savings and retirement plans, credit card products, home equity loans and home equity lines of credit.
Currently the president of the Salt Lake City chapter of Utah Mortgage Lenders Association (UMLA) and member of the Board of Governors of the UMLA, Metcalf's past honors and awards include first-ever recipient of the North American Mortgage Company's Manager of the Year Award and Mortgage Originator magazine's 1996 Superstar of the Year. She is a member of the Salt Lake 100 professional saleswomen organization and a past delegate member of the National Mortgage Brokers Association.
